About the seminar:

Information Security (InfoSec) is about preserving confidentiality, integrity and availability (C.I.A.) of information. Digital forensics (DF) refers to all aspects of investigating a security breach or attack which involves capturing, recording, and analysing digital evidence. In fact, DF is one of the most important topics in the InfoSec domain.

It is our honour to invite a pioneer in this field to present the topic in three different aspects, i.e. technology, project management, and business. The speaker will explore the fundamentals of InfoSec and DF Services, discuss about running a typical DF project and setting up such a business in Hong Kong. There is a Q&A at the end of this seminar.

About the Speakers:

Mr. Ricci Ieong is the founder and Principal Security Consultant of eWalker Consulting Limited where he leads his InfoSec and DF projects. Before starting his own company, he was the Security Lead of e-Security Center, Hewlett-Packard Consulting, and Deputy Manager of ITPSA Security Services in HP and the HK e-Security Center.

Ricci obtained his M.Phil. in Computer Science from the HKUST and B.Sc from the CUHK. He is also CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP, CISA and CEH in good standing.
